14 Tricks of Mine That Will Work With The Worst Lemon of Life

Have you ever felt like you don't belong? Like you need to be someone else in order to succeed in life? If you have, then you're not alone. Most people at one time or another feel like this. Most of the time, it has to do with our own insecurities. We may not feel good enough or smart enough to do the things that we want to do in life. And because of this, we become afraid to try new things. This lack of confidence will only hold us back in life. So let's make the best lemonade ever made from the worst lemon of life!

If you want to be successful in life, then you need to develop your confidence. You need to believe in yourself. You need to think positively. You need to motivate yourself to do the things that you want to accomplish. And of course, you need to squeeze that lemon into life's face and make your lemonade.

Below are some tricks of mine on how to become better with lemons and lemonades in life:

  • Practice makes perfect. If there's something that you want to be good at, then keep practicing it and don't stop until you get it right. For example, if you want to play a musical instrument, then practice it every day and don't stop until you're playing it perfectly.
  • Surround yourself with positive people. The people that you choose to associate with can have a big impact on your life. If you hang around negative, pessimistic people all the time, chances are you're going to start behaving that way too. However, if you surround yourself with positive, optimistic people, you'll start to behave that way too.
  • Think and say positive things about yourself. This one is really important. If you don't believe in yourself, then no one else will either. When you say things like "I'm stupid", then that can affect your self-esteem and can eventually become a self-fulfilling prophecy. However, if you say things like "I'm the best!" then that can also affect your self-esteem but in a positive way. Which do you think is better to believe?
  • Create and accomplish small goals every day. By doing this, it'll give you a sense of accomplishment and it'll motivate you to do more.
  • Do things that will improve your self-confidence. If you're afraid of public speaking, then get up in front of a crowd and practice. The more you do it, the less afraid you'll be and the better you'll be at it.
  • Remember that nobody's perfect. We all make mistakes and we aren't exactly what we want to be. But the reason why we try is that we know that we can always improve and become better than what we are right now.
  • Think about who you want to be in the future, and then work towards it. It will give a purpose to your life and it'll give you something to look forward to.
  • Remember that if you don't try, then you'll never know. Many of the greatest accomplishments in history were only made possible because someone took a risk and did it. And most of the time, that risk paid off greatly.
  • If you fail, then learn, forget about it and move on. Everyone fails and makes mistakes, but it's not the failure that's important; it's how we react and deal with failure that matters.
  • Have a strong belief that you're going to succeed. If you think you're going to fail, then there's a higher chance of you doing just that. However, if you believe you're going to succeed, then there's a higher chance of you doing just that.
  • Don't be afraid to help others. Sometimes, being kind and helping others will help you appreciate your own life and helps you realize that you have a lot to be thankful for.
  • Avoid thinking too much about the future. If you think about it, you'll most likely get there anyway, so just focus on the present and have fun.
  • Get rid of any toxic people or things from your life that are bringing you down and holding you back from being successful in life.
  • And most importantly of all, be good and kind to yourself. If you're not, then nobody else will be either.

Now get out there and do something with your life!
